Mail Folder Stuffing (Wharton School Only)
Undergraduate students have 24-hour access to their mail folders, and check them daily. Campus clubs, organizations, and recruiters insert flyers into the mail folders to spread word of upcoming events, presentations and other news. For the Wharton School, undergraduate mail folders are organized by five classes, with freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior, and fifth-year senior sections.There are approximately 650 students per class, with the exception of the 250 5th year seniors.
Postering
Postering in student-dense areas provides another effective medium for mass communication in The Wharton School and on the Penn campus. There are two services available:
1. Wharton Postering: Posters are placed inside the Wharton School buildings
2. Campus-Wide Postering: Posters are placed in designated high traffic areas campus-wide.
In addition, CAS also provides poster design.
Flyering
In addition to Postering, Flyering will add a more human and targeted manner in
which information can be passed on. Two services are available in regards to
flyering:
1. Wharton Flyering: Flyers are passed outside buildings where the traffic of
Wharton students are significant.
2. Campus-Wide Flyering: Flyers are passed in high-traffic campus locations.
Storage and Delivery of Presentation Materials
For presentations made at The Wharton School and at Penn, CAS can store and deliver presentation materials promptly and efficiently. CAS is committed to having your time-sensitive materials arrive at the presentation site, at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your event. This service eliminates the many hassles involved with arranging to have materials sent to the right place, at the right time.
Note: To provide you with the highest quality service, CAS requires that presentation materials must arrive at least three days prior to the event date to guarantee delivery.
Printing
CAS can print flyers and posters for you if you do not want to deal with the
hassle of printing yourselves. We will print black and white text on white or
color paper depending on which would best suit your needs. Flyers and Posters
(8-1/2 x 11 to 11 x 17) received as emails will print with the highest quality if received in a pdf format.
Daily Pennsylvanian
The Daily Pennsylvanian is read by over 96% of the undergraduate Penn Community.
